4月25日，SEMI國際產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 2011年度第三輪投票正式啟動(dòng)。內(nèi)容涵蓋了EHS，材料、設(shè)備、信息、硅片、3D、MEMS和光伏在內(nèi)的十四個(gè)大項(xiàng)。本輪投票中，光伏領(lǐng)域共計(jì)8項(xiàng)內(nèi)容，包括6項(xiàng)新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和2項(xiàng)對(duì)已有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修改。

o 用于光伏行業(yè)的罐裝硒化硫氣體規(guī)范指南Document 5096 - New Standard: Guide for Hydrogen Selenide (H2Se) in Cylinders, Used in Photovoltaic Applications

o 用于光伏行業(yè)的罐裝氫氧化銨氣體規(guī)范指南Document 5098 - New Standard: Specifications for Ammonium Hydroxide, Used in Photovoltaic Applications
