Matinee 能源有限公司和Hyundai重工業(yè)已經(jīng)簽署了一項協(xié)議，在他們合作的第一階段，建設(shè)175MW的可再生能源電站。

Matinee能源已經(jīng)讓JPMorgan在資金市場提供永久的財政支持。兩個公司的光伏項目將會在美國西南部安裝，Hyundai公司會提供工程，采購，和建筑承包，還有技術(shù)支持。

Matinee稱它還和已經(jīng)韓國電子簽署了備忘錄。

Matinee Energy Inc. has signed a master agreement with Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. to build 175 MW of renewable energy plants in the first phase of their partnership.

Matinee Energy has also engaged JPMorgan Securities to provide permanent financing in the capital markets. The first phase of solar projects under the agreement will be sited in the southwestern and western U.S. Hyundai is expected to serve as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor, as well as the technology provider.

Matinee notes that it has also signed a memorandum with Korea Electric Power Data Network Co. Ltd., an affiliate of KEPCO, and a pre-master agreement with K&Co., a public company in Korea.
