The ongoing dispute between China Sunergy and REC Wafer continues today as the company reveals that it is considering appealing against the decision in favour of the Norway-based wafering company.

The recent ruling by the Norwegian District Court on July 5th, which was in favour of REC, is now set to be contested by China Sunergy, meaning that the US$50 million bank guarantee is currently still blocked from being withdrawn by REC Wafer.
